Cozy hotel, my favorite in Prague. The staff were accommodating and assisted me greatly. Also, I appreciated how prime the location was. The airport was 12 miles away from here, brilliant location.

Everything was perfect, it had fantastic staff and location. I loved the room with smart devices, my bed was very comfy. Check-in was good.

I loved the innovative room design, especially the smart electricity features. The receptionist Tomas was friendly and helpful, making my stay fabulous. The breakfast was decent and the included 24/7 snacks were a nice touch.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. the luxurious amenities provided made our stay truly exceptional. the room was beautifully decorated with a modern and well-executed style. the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. the breakfast offered was extraordinary, with a wide variety of delicious options. the location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the heart of everything, allowing us to easily explore the city. We were also impressed by the 12:00 breakfast service and the availability of free snacks, tea, and coffee throughout the day.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of toothbrushes in the room. the manager promptly apologized for this oversight and provided a solution.

Brilliantly helpful staff, abundant breakfast, unbeatable location so close to the famous landmarks, Wenceslas Square. Twin/double room was gorgeous and functional. Overall clean and cosy hotel in Prague 1 district. We got extra facilities.

This hotel is located in an excellent spot down the national museum; within walking distance of all the main attractions and in the center of the city. The staff is accommodating and friendly, and the room is comfortable and cozy with fresh facilities. The breakfast is delicious and inclusive with tasty options available. , the hotel offers a laundry service, and the service is exceptional.

The lighting in some areas of the hotel could be improved.

The hotel offered a great location, making it easy for us to explore the city and visit all the main attractions within walking distance. The breakfast provided by the hotel was satisfying, with good arrangements for dinner as well. The staff members were friendly and supportive, particularly Alina at the reception, who made an effort to have nice conversations with us.

The room heating was not proper, and it could have been better. Despite the fancy mood lighting, having adequate heating is more essential for comfort.

For my recent stay in the center of this city, I enjoyed the hotel's prime location near everything. It's conveniently close to the Mustek metro stop, allowing easy transportation to explore the area. the hotel facilities were super clean and well-maintained- especially the breakfast with a great variety of food options.

There was nothing I didn't like.
